Bad cancellation service

I have been trying to cancel this service and I don't know what to do anymore. I receive calls from their call center indicating that I have an outstanding balance. Each time I receive this call I indicate that I have been requesting a cancellation and I'm promised that someone will call me nothing happens.

Their router and service is not in use and it is so frustrating because there is not enough information on their website to escalate the matter.
