Bad business practice

Good evening I don't know why after so many complaints that rain gets they do not do something to improve there services. I wrote about rain internet service that now of late keeps your internet on even if you don't pay and demand the money back but they say no contacts and its month to month I don't know why our government or the relevant department icassa don't investigate how rain is doing business in South Africa if there is anyone out there that can advise on how a month to month can turn out to be a fixed contact as now I am owing them R2000+ buts it's month to month please rain users be careful of rain they are not doing business honestly. Please rain if you are reading come fetch your router I'm done.
