Bad billing service!

Payment date is set for the 1st of everymonth, im disconnected, how must i pay subscription or promise to pay if salary is only in on the 1st. Ive been waiting all evening for helo , stupid AI robots are usless, no one gets back to a person. All im asking is reconnection till the 1st to make payment of subscription and promise to pay. Rain has been nothing but constant problem from the start. 😡😡😡😡
