BAD BAD SERVICE(****TY SERVICE)
Am very disappointed with Rain services, this my second week without internet service, i have tried calling them and the 081 is not going through. I have also emailed them with no luck. the ****** service is so pathetic, they do not give a damn about customer service, i have tried just about everything, my kids can't watch tv am working from home and need the network to do my job, am cancelling everything and telling everyone about my experience with Rain, I have never seen such stupid service, is like i haven't paid which i did... this is total bull**** and am going to all social media platform and expose them am so ****en frustrated yhoo..

21 Jan 2025, 09:24rain is saying they will be in contact with me but up until now i haven't received any assistance from them, i need to log in and start working like i said am working from home not at the office. i need this to be resolved not later than 12:00 as we are having Teams meeting with my colleagues and management for year beginning update so I cannot afford to miss that, kindly am begging nor pleading please can someone attend to this please, please, please, please..... I do not have money to buy data.

21 Jan 2025, 10:52Am about to go live on teams with colleagues and management in an hour from now (12:00) and received no call or communication from the stupid thunderstorm called rain. this is my last month with Rain I swear and should i lose my job I promise all hell will break lose it's not a threat it's a promise... am so ****en ****ed is not even funny at all..

21 Jan 2025, 12:30I have just missed Teams meeting at 12:00 with all thanks to thunderstorm AKA RAIN wow how pathetic the service is hmmm... don't ever indulge with rain guys that is my advise to you who is reading this and want an internet at their home's i repeat do not even attempt inviting rain in your life's, I have explained as to why i couldn't log in and funny I have paid my full monthly payment, all I need now is for them to restore network so that I can continue with my work..
