Bad bad service they don't reply at all.

I Just about had it with rain now. Customer service is terrible and service is terrible. Rain should change their name to Upload Network. I have had a issue for 4 weeks with rain customer support replying now and then and treat us like they doing us a favor. Am going to take this matter to Icasa as well. Because I don't want no one else in future to experience the same horrible customer Service.
