BAD BAD SERVICE FROM RAIN

I am having such trouble with this company that I have no other option to complain on Hello Peter. We moved from one address to another and we are having such network problems, so much that you can watch a movie for one or two seconds and then it loads and this will go on and on. I logged two tickets with them to try and assist us but no one has even tried contacting us, but when you have to pay it must be done otherwise they switch you off.
