BAD! BAD SERVICE FROM RAIN
I am very dissappointed on the service received from Rain. My home Wifi has not been working for 2 months now and on the 12 February 2025 I logged a call and got a ticket number however to this day i have not received any feedcak/call from rain.
The only thing they know is debiting me and I am now paying for a service that is not working.
RAIN PLEASE CALL ME BACK
