Bad bad service

Im so very disgusted in this company. Not only have i gotten them many clients, but i always raved about how great they are. Im so so disgusted. Worst service in my life. RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF. I understood that speeds will be slow during lockdown due to many ppl being home.... However, 4 weeks of 0.2 mbps speed that i cant even open am email properly and im still waiting on help. I have now lost R3000 worth of work, and everyday i send emails,i get a copy and pasted reply.... Now after. Week of emailing everyday.... I finally got a reply, but has nothing to do with my complaint as I have been copied into a lost sim email from another client!! Saying they will semd him a new sim... But yet im being ignored!! Ppl... Stay away
