Bad bad service and rude

Extremely bad reception. Very bad service. Its a month to month contract. I received a sms to say i am being handed over. When i phoned they couldnt help. Person answering dropped the line when i asked for a manager. Seriously bad service. Always struggle with bad reception and now having issues on a month to month contract. Al the sms said NuDebt but i could find it on google.
