Bad bad service

I can't believe im back here again 😭 haven't had connection since the 16th of December and all ive been getting from rain is that they will log a call for me, or get a consultant to call me or that they have rebooted my router and nothing happens. To say im frustrated is an understatement. They dont pick up calls, its only me n that annoying automated WhatsApp chatter box 😒 🙄. Im so over this so basically this mean I paid for this 15days for nothing nje. Bathong rain 😮💨
