Bad Bad Service

Been using rain for years but from last year I have been getting poor service I give you guys zero star I have paying all months without skipping but they telling I’m owing when I call the call center they always tell me the billing team to call me but still it’s it’s been 4/5 haven’t got a call I’m the one busy calling only to be told the billing team will contact ..such an annoying service I even regret doing business with you in these time

If you keep up like this I promise to cancel my rain service with you ….tell your billing guys to contact me can’t keep on begging you guys to do your job.
