BAD BAD IMMORAL CRUEL BEHAVIOUR

It is a bad corporate strategy to ignore paying customers. If I don't a response by Tuesday I will cancel my SIM and go to a competitor that at least has a contact number. With Rain it clear that they take customers for granted.
