Bad bad customer service

My account with rain was canceled and they deducted R529 on my account, when I enquire about, I've been told to order a new router as the old one is been deactivated, I did and paid R409, when they deliver a new router, after receiving it from the courier company 25 was deducted from my account, when I enquire I've been told it will be reverse, until today nothing, since 1st of January, the router is not working, when I ask customer service, they said the Sim card is not working and they will do a Sim swap, I received the Sim card today, still is not working, when I phone there is no answer. My money is gone, and I have a matric child who is using data every day. Please help me. Grace Mkansi *** ***
