Bad bad customer service

Since the first of January I had the problem with rain router, after reporting to hello peter, they send a technician on the 23rd of January, the technician replaced the router and the Sim card as it was faulty, and advised me that I won't pay anything as I didn't use the service the whole month, surprisingly on the first my service was off, I wrote the email to rain, they rep**** that they will investigate my case, until today, I phoned them and the call center guy he said to me, I have to pay R469 for them to cancel my service as I don't want it anymore, I ask him that I already paid R409 for nothing on January, I only used the service for one week. He just wasted my airtime trying to confuse me to pay for something that I didn't used, what I want from them is to come and pick up their router. Kindly regards Grace Mkansi *** ***
