BAD BAD BAD SERVICE WITH 0 FEEDBACK
We have a fixed router attached to our building. Now we are moving. I was told to phone 1 week before we move. Now I have phoned a week ago and still no one has arranged with us to come and disconnect our router and move it 2km down the road . BAD BAD BAD service!

Technician came with no ladder. He was unable to remove the device. Still waiting for a technician. Can you please arrange for a technician to come and unmount the router and install the same day? New premises is only 2km from the old premises.
