BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE FROM RAIN!
Recently started having network issues with Rain, the connections speed is so slow and cuts off from 6 pm to 9 pm and no one is giving me a straight answer. All i get is an email that is not clear and there is no call from a technician to understand my problem. Secondly, I am being billed for a sim card that I have'nt used for the past year and suddenly I am billed without any notice and again no one is able to give me an answer and all the agents are just failing and contradicting themselves. THE SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE AND NO ONE IS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY. RAIN IS TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE
