Bad Bad! Bad! service

I bought a router in mid July, used it for 1 week and it stopped working. If I tell you they only collected it on the 5th Aug, after numerous calls and promises to call me back. Initially I just wanted them to exchange it but nobody was contacting me ack so i cancelled, they were quick to collect the device. I thought I would get another device but now they are not calling me, bussing my phone non stop, when calling them, people speak in American accents and sound like robots, not sure if you're speaking to a person or not.. I'm glad I saw these reviews so I can just forget about buying another device from them.
