BAD BAD BAD Service

What a waste of my Danm time . I want to cancel this whole thing and they must fetch there router , I was interested in this rain 101 uncapped wifi the sales process was quick which was fine what annoys me the most is firstly the delivery was 4 hours late then worse the router does not work I call in they tell me to face the router to the window and wait for 24 hours to pick signal did it pick up ???!?!! No it did not ! It’s 48 hours now without wifi I am not happy when I try to call they keep escalating & escalating I am honestly fed up with their services! For a first time customer I did not expect to be treated like this
