Bad Bad Bad customer service with your business associates
I am Disgusted over the amount of bad customer service that RAM an Rain had to offer i was sent an a sms to expect my Parcel in the 28th of July today its the 5th of august at 6:30. They took my parcel to Durban they said they have re-dicted it called their call centre numerous and they always promise that the driver is coming then when i i track my parcel they say i have provided funny thats the same address i use for all my deliveries and i have NEVER experienced such and through our phone call i give them an alternative number and verify all my details which i use my airtime but they still fail to deliver that time i am told to stay put and await my parcel,returning to the depot with my parcel 4 times,not only am i annoyed i am also frustrated Bad Bad Bad customer service Sies!!! i am not even able to get in contact with RAIN and my last email was ignored

Its Just so unfortunate that i am here writing to you again about an issue that was never resolved, Yes Lehlohonolo called there was never a follow through i am tired and no longer interested in your services seeing that your 3 party couldn't deliver and you guys never made sure that they actually did please ensure that your agents calls me in the morning so that we can make arrangements for a refund, FYI i needed the network to do my work and not only am i behind with work but it was also a financial set back.
