BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD RAIN
We had fibre at our home in Bloemfonten, but moved to a small holding 4 years ago with no fibre coverage. So we asked around which company can help us here, and decided on RAIN. They're service was excellent until Tuesday 29/10/2024. Our area can handle 5G now and we wat to change from 4G to 5G.
The salesperson promised me I will have the rooter and service before or on 01/11/2024, otherwise he will fly from Cape Town to Bloemfontein and do it himself. NOTHING! I've request 1000 of call backs, I've phoned them on 01/11/2024 on their toll free number WHICH isn't tollfree because all my minutes for November was finished after the 2 calls on 01/11/2024. It's only the beginning of the month and I've got NOTHING! You must hold on for ages and if someone answer you're very lucky to finished the conversation.
Rain always phoned immediately and was always very understanding and helpful. ITS A PITTY THEY ALLREADY HAVE MY MONEY R625. Now I'm without coverage since 01/11/2024 AND ITS ALREADY BEEN PAID.
I don't now what to do, I can't get hold of them.
RAIN IS NOT THE SAME AS 4 YEARS AGO!!!!! Please think before you make use of them. They don't deserve one star!!

No not yet .I phoned them last Thursday and they told me that they can deliver only on Tuesday 5 Nov..On Monday I phoned them just after I got a message from them to tell me that they could not get me on phone ( very strange because I kept my phone at my side all the time ).I again phoned back and they promised to deliver on Tuesday or the latest today. I phoned them again a few hours ago to hear if they are on their way to bring the parcel. Mpomelo said no tomorrow they''ll deliver but I explained to her it must be delivered today as I have many appointments tomorrow.She promised then that they will deliver today between 2 to. 5.
Please phone me say about 5 to hear if I did get my parcel.Please phone me because you always promise to do so and then you never do so.
