Bad attitude at Town Square

There an African short young lady who was so rude at Rain Town square. I went there to collect my free sims.. The lady was so mean from get go. My rain account and my proof of residence had different surnames because I'm married and hadn't updated my details. She was so mean saying it's ***** and refused to help even when I tried explaining why it wasn't the same. I've never been so humiliated. Another lady that works there jumped in and help me update my details with no issues at all.
