Bad attitude

I recently changed my banking card that expired. The bank account did not change, I was just issued a new card. None of my other debit orders were effected by it. For some reason Rain couldn't do the debit order but without informing me they just suspended my service. It is just good practice to contact a subscriber and inform him of any payment problems and not just to suspend his service.
