Bad Attitude.

Staff is rude, the staff is also talking over me when im trying to explain, i have to re tell my story to every person i get put through to. I get put on hold for 20min + only to be dropped, Staff has no manners and is extremely defensive.

I tried talking to the manager but i just end up holding for almost an hour, thats my precious airtime that i won't be getting back.

Rain has the worse customer service i have even experienced, ontop of that the internet is great in the morning but seriously **** come 10am for the rest of the day.

Rain staff need to learn when to let customers finish talking, and when a customer is busy talking dont just transfer the call because you dont feel like talking to them.
