Bad and Worse Service

Since the matter has been escalated it has been more 8 days and I'm still struggling with the same issue, even after the technician came by the the problem is even worse and I have the video to prove it, it buffers every second, can I please have my refund as I'm currently being charged for 5G while I'm using 4G ,its been 2 years now with the same issue and nothing his being resolved even after the technician came by. I'm paying for something that does not benefit me at all.

Sale's People: Please stop selling people false advertising, you sold me 5G but now I'm told that 5G tower is far from me in my area, this is misleading.
