bad and unreliable service

on the 24th October My rain router started to act up and not providing me with network and when i contacted rain the I waited for hours and eventually gave up I requested rain to contact me 3 times but that did not happen. I went on the router and did a speed test it showed that 0 mbps meaning no network. now I am unable to do my work and for my kids they cannot watch their favorite shows I am thinking of canceling it because the provider doesn't take their customers serious.
