Bad and stupid service

I have a router with rain which they advised me they will remove the outstanding balance I have with them because they didn’t deliver my router because it was damaged soo now my account still shows that I owe them I paid for the past 6 months and today to my surprise it’s switched off when I call they tell me soo soapy story that I’m in arrears and they can’t switch it on until I pay… I’m soo bored and broke and I need that router for my tv and to study.
