bad and lack of customer service

i am so disappointed the service rain provides, I ordered the 5G that is on specials for r349 .they money was debited same time and I was called and advised the delivery will be the next week on Tuesday . on Tuesday i was called and advised that the driver had a meeting and will not deliver the device they will rescheduled for Wednesday or Thursday ,after that no call or sms to advice when the device when actually be delivered. i was called on Friday 10/06/22 at 15:33 to be asked what is my addressed for the device to be delivered, I told the guy i spoke to this is unacceptable cause i have paid for this and on Friday afternoon you want to ask what address should the device be delivered i requested him to escalate the matter and request supervisor or someone from rain contact me, nothing happened . on Monday i get serval calls from different agents asking about the delivery address and no-one seems to know i had already been waiting and the device was supposed to be delivered last week. i am so disappointed in the poor and lack of customer service rain has offered me . i even requested to cancel and request my money back they couldn't apologies or call to explain the delay
