Bad and dishonest

Not only did this company lie about their coverage in my area, they continued to provide bad advice and service for the next few days, then charged me for something I cannot use, have still not processed a refund, are not contactable on their numbers and have proceeded to debit me again with no authorisation. Not acceptable.
