Bad after service

Hi from the 15 march the delville Germiston area has no 5g internet. This means no internet access or connection. I've phoned so many times and I get the same answer every single time. Now I pay R999 for something that you can't use. Really dis is so unfair. They will tell you someone will phone you back and they just never do................!!!!!!
