Bad after service bad wifi during peak hours 6pm-11pm raim sucks!!!

Am at a point of no return i think its time for me to part ways with RAIN by month end.im still experiencing wifi issues regarding my in-consistant wifi speeds every evening agter 6pm am getting speeds between 0.89-5mbps.am unable to stream at times.after initial complaint i was asked to chnlange few settings on router and it got better but only for a fee days 3 at most..what i dont understand is why im getting good speeds during the day on my rain one 30mbps package butnits of no use in the rvening after work.i feel like my complaint falls onto deaf ears and nothing really is being done to resolve.rains does not even follow up and dont call you back either.its really a wadte of time and koney at this stage.the sad part is that i dint have fibre coverage as of yet in my area as i wouod rather cancel my rain for fibre
