BAD AFTER SERVICE AND NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS

I purchased a loop permeg from Rain and the whole of last week I had no service I made contact with them and still they didn't resolve the problem when I made contact with them today on the 1st of the month when my payment is due they told me I must pay before they can resolve my issue even though my problem was there since the previous month. They also couldn't guarantee that even though I make payment my problem would be resolved the more I complain about the problem the more their client service persist I must make payment
