Bad after sales service !!!!

I must admit that the after sales support from Rain is absoltely terrible. I asked that someone from support calls me back , to this date no one has bothered. I am a new memeber and only been with them for 2 weeks and so far - pretty bad service. I pay nearly 2k a month - I dont deserve this and might aswell take up a fibre solution
