Bad After sale service.

The rain Internet service worked great for the first month. I'm paying for G5 the top package. i'v been having a lot of trouble with my 200mbps line. its dropping the whole time and lagging when we are busy. I have been trying to get in contact with rain for the last 2 weeks now and still no one had come back with a response. you cant get statements or technical service The are quick with service when they want your money. but when you have trouble or want to cancel the service. NO Response at all. I will not recommend the service to anyone.
