Bad advertising / double debit
I am so disappointed, I just joined rain network monthly subscription and was advised that the first month I'll only have to pay R1 the from the next month onwards it would be the R559 a month. To my surprise they tried to double debited my account. This was not the agreement. I've send emails to support and called with no assists.
