Bad customer services. *********** staff. When they cant resolve the issue the escalate it while you still on the call. Dont bother to ask them to call back as that wont happen. I dont know why they say calls is being recorded as no-one follows up as they can hear their staff has no product knowledge. My first and last month. I am done.
