Digusted with the refund policy been waiting since the 15th April for a refund still nothing. Everytime I phone in I get different excuses from call centre TL's in Joburg and Cape Town. Due them double debting my baby of 6 month is currrently without sanitary products and food not that it's there concern I even requested for them to do an immediate payment as the error was made on there side but to no avail. Would not recommend this company with their billing issues to anyone

24 Apr 2024, 11:40My refund request was on the 15th April I have proof of this now I have to wait additional again thanks your error not mine.Now. I need to wait unacceptable really if this was an error on my I would totally understand but its not, now my family is suffering because of this completely wrong

24 Apr 2024, 12:03I would NOT recommend RAIN to anyone as you can I put my refund request in 15th April and it was only processed yesterday the 23rd only. Another example of a company that is quick to deduct money (twice) and expecting me to wait 15 days + while my 6 month old baby is sitting with basic needs that I cant provide for because your error. I hope you are happy and proud of yourself
