Baaad network!
I just got myself a rain simcard and the network is very bad!!! I wana cancel it already! And I want my refund cause I never really used it!
I’ve been communicating with your guys on Facebook! But now they went all mute on me! I want my money back!!!

05 Apr 2021, 07:21Thank you for your response, your agents did get back to me and my sim card was disconnected on Tuesday last week, and I’ve been waiting for my refund since!!!! How long does it take for you guys to refund a person? A month?? I’ve been told that they’ve “escalated my enquiry to the relevant department and I will be informed on what’s happening” I mean its almost a week now waiting!!!
I work from home and I need that money to buy data!!!!
