I have not used rain since March, as I was out of the continent. Came back yesterday tried making a payment, it says Im in arrears I have to pay 1058. What am I being charged for??????? Coz obviously when wifi is not paid, it gets disconnected. What am I paying for

What is the invoice for, if I haven't used your services since end of March? I will only start using the wifi beginning of June, why should I pay for something I haven't used?
