Ayanda: Great service with a smile @ Rain.

I had an issue with my connection. I phoned into the call centre and a gentleman with the name Ayanda answered the phone with such willingness to help. I also knew of a solution but I wanted to make sure. He took the time to explain and help. 11/10. Its people like Ayanda that really stand out for me. I wish I could have your surname so that this goes to the right Ayanda. Ayanda, I hope YOU see this and know it was you and I thank you. Not many people can still do service with a smile. Keep on fighting the good fight. Till we meet again.
