Axxess/RAIN Internet Service Provider

Rain internet offered by AXXESS have speeds that is worse then all the other networks. They offered packages to the public fully aware that their network will not be able to handle the traffic. I'm sitting here in 2019 with internet speeds on a daily basis of under 2Mbps upload and 1Mbps download. If you enjoy Buffering all the time,then this is made for you. You are wasting your time and money if you sign up with RAIN offered by AXXESS. Client service is last on their list and further more AXXESS who offered the service is dragging the RAIN Internet Service Providers name through the mud and making their name "@ss" in the process.
