Awful,awful service ever experienced
Rain is has the worst customer service ever. I've requested several call backs and had been getting different reference numbers before I requested a sales call me back and that's when I finally got attention. I got a 1000 calls cause it was a sale then I spoke to some rude guy by the name Paul in sales who refused to send me confirmation of my subscription in writing and when I requested for his surname so I could report his bad service he refused and told me it's for his protection
2.Another lady called me in sales and when I explained that I needed to downgrade my subscription she said that she would activate the 650.00 package for me as requested and that I should pay 1.00 for that month (may) while awaiting delivery of the new router and Sims in 4 days time which I did and as soon as I get them then we could have the old subscription cancelled at no fee as she had updated my payment status to up to date (which I even checked while we were on the call to confirm that I was not going to be double billed) however to my surprise the old subscription is cancelled and now my account owes 1 468.00 all of sudden why???My account for June is reflecting up to date and it is not my fault that when I requested cancellation on my old subscription no one could help me until I sent several call back requests and received a 1000 reference numbers that someone would call me back.
3. The last consultant (Elaam) that called me didn't even log my complaint when i had explained everything to her and asked her to log a complaint on the issues that I have raised. The ticket she logged had nothing to do with my complaint about the billing issue 😒 ...rain customer service is really wrong hey, quite disturbing really
