AWFUL SERVICE AND NETWORK

I cancelled my services with rain on the 25th of March 2025 because of Bad service and bad network. I had ported my business number to rain, now that i cancelled they are giving me a run around i have been transferred to sales 4 times and support department 5 time and others departments that i don't even know. The last person that i was transferred to just dropped the phone IMAGINE.

They said they just need to temporarily active my account for the porting to happen 1 hour 30 mins on the phone with them being transferred to the same departments saying sales will help you, support will help you and to have one of their well trained stuff just to drop the phone and still and not helped
