Awful service
Wouldn’t recommend this ISP to anyone. We have no had internet connection since the weekend, after numerous emails & phone calls issue still not resolved. Same story each time “we will escalate the matter & get back to you” but no-one ever does. Pathetic service. I’m done with them, moving to another ISP who takes their clients seriously.
