Awful service
This is my final month with you. Will you please send a courier to collect the faulty outdoor router you sent me. I have been requesting this for over 6 months. I am now with a ISP that gives their clients what they want. A decent service for the money we pay. Please collect your device. I do not want it on my property any longer. 7
