Awful Rain Connectivity

I dont have internet connection since 02h00 Sunday morning. I logged 2 calls, none of which have been attended to. Its definitely not my device that's the problem as I did all the necessary troubleshooting. Rain's service and support is pathetic to say the least. I'm sure they wont forget to debit the full amount at the end of the month and not deduct the days where I had zero connectivity. I requested a cancellation of the SIM card, so I HOPE that it will definitely be cancelled at the end of the month and I wont be charged unnecessarily.
