Awful customer service, even worse internet connection

My internet has been extremely slow (mbps way below what I’ve been paying for) for most of the year. Every time I phone, I get spoken thru the same process of resetting the router that I’ve done 100 times. When that doesn’t work, I get told a technician will phone me to book a time to evaluate the router in person. Then the next person phones me & does the same thing. No technician ever comes. Just passed around from international call agent to international call agent with no real help.

This company is running a ****. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!
