Awful connectivity 😖

To everyone who seems to be getting it right with rain please share you secret because for me they're just frustrating😠, they're even worse than my previous service provider. Since I changed to rain every evening I must know that I will have poor connection, I reported the matter countless times and promised that support will try to resolve the issue until. What hurt me the most is the fact that I'm paying almost double compared to my previous service provider only to get the worst service 🙃 ever.
