Awful

Dealing with rain has been an awful nightmare for me. I haven’t even received my product from them yet despite the countless promises including my emails that I sent and already I feel they are absolutely terrible. The service is appalling to say the least and when you try to call the agents drop your call if they don’t feel like talking to you. I can only imagine how much of a nightmare this experience will be just by judging from how they are already. I don’t mind them being late but proper communication would be helpful.
