Awesome customer service by Phefo

I recently purchased a rain data and router package and was assisted by Phefo when activating the SIM card. It turned out the serial number was incorrectly captured or swapped with another SIM card. Long story short she was efficient, prompt and handled the situation like a pro that she is. Matter was resolved in minutes with calmness and regular telephone updates. Considering all the negative reviews I’ve seen about Rain I was expecting the worst service. She really changed my view and opinion about Rain. What made the experience easy was the fact that she stated upfront that it was her first time activating this type of service and will do her best to resolve my issue. That’s honesty and allowed her some room to negotiate and work together with the customer to find a solution to the problem. There was no passing of the buck and shifting the blame.
