Awaiting for cancellation and money back
I have problem with bad network reception from RAIN, hence I requested to cancel the SIM and collect the router with in the 7 days period of activation which is in December 2021. However they still not cancelled the SIM and keep debiting my account every month. No response from RAIN even I logged many complaints. The worst part is their contact number and email address are not working at all. I am still awaiting for cancellation and money back.

01 Mar 2022, 08:21Hi, I my SIM was deactivated, and I was advised that my money will be returned. however the debit order went from account again today. I have no other option to contact as no response from email and phone. please check and advise.
